As I have worked in many different places I have learned that communication is key to being a team player. I also have been part of many committees such as the Prom committee in high school where I coordinated and helped plan out the event and decorations. I have also been active in my church's Vacation Bible School where I have been the co-director, helping to coordinate decorations for the event and also the schedule and flow of things during. I believe these experiences have helped me to learn how to communicate with others and to create a positive environment for others.
