Communication

I have a lot of experience when it comes to customer service. I have learned to always do your best to make the person comfortable. Communication is something that is very important in healthcare and I have learned and grown in this area to be a great communicator.

Leadership

During high school I was a part of the show choir. This is where I really got my leadership skills. As a senior I was able to work together with my fellow seniors to make sure we were leading the group right. Show choir also showed me just how important leadership is, without it most things would fall apart.
