• Abbeville plant- Suede VOH job duties/description: My current position now requires me to handle any new projects for Dinamica/Suede that Charles Miller assigns me. I am also over the Artisyn development, which includes processing and following sample material through the Abbeville plant process (dying, finishing, grading, and testing) and transporting the samples to lamination if needed and cut A4’s for visual validation. I am also required to schedule the new SEI Laser along with communicating with any of the development over heads needed to have their material lasered. I follow releases to make sure the SEI schedule is accommodating to any immediate and near future needs as well as communicating this schedule to everyone involved at Sage.

• Abbeville planning scheduler job duties/ description: In this job I was responsible for maintaining and the distribution of the daily/weekly Pace report, Leading the Supply Chain call (including making the Supply Chain report and distributing). I would pull and follow releases to schedule each of the Finishing Tenters daily and communicate them in the daily planning meeting along with the Sharon Plant Planning team and the Customer Service team members at Cottom Blossom Plant required for proper communication and execution to meet the required due dates) and make any changes necessary to accommodate any immediate needs. I would also lead the Friday weekend meeting to communicate and last-minute needs to the team. In addition, I would fill in for my Boss (Jay Clinkscales and later Trey Haupher) by doing his daily duties such as, making the Hot sheet and updating daily and distributing to all required peoples, communicate with the dye board scheduler and dye house leaders to insure proper communication. My duties also included issuing material and scheduling the dye board as well as the plant WIP cycle count and flagging the WIP material when other planning associates were out.

I was responsible inventory of incoming yarn, creeling and making sectional beams and making the warps from those section beams and communicating with my supervisory my progress daily and any needs required to complete my job.
