• I was hired as a Private Home Health Care Nurse to provide in home nursing care for two elderly patients, one of which suffered from severe dementia. During my time with them I provided individualized nursing care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Responsibilities included ensuring patient safety, Head-to-toe assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Constant monitoring was required for both patients due to dementia, fall risks and severe hypotension.
