Offers activities that are right for their age and stage of growth, creates a safe and caring space, and talks to the kids, their parents, staff, and volunteers.

• A floater is the third person in the classroom who is responsible for room coverage at lunch and other times if necessary.
• Keep the classroom clean and sanitized.
• Assist children in daily classroom routines such as naptime, snack, clean up, and going to the bathroom and/or changing diapers.

• Operate multiple machines, such as attaching, winding, sealer, material cutters, machine winding racks.
• Perform various assembling methods of bonding and maintain daily production levels while producing a quality product.

Some duties are greeting customers, taking orders, collecting payments, recommending products, promoting special deals, adding napkins and condiments, and cleaning the premises during down time.
