Inspect all incoming parts (at Honda R&D) to blueprints and specifications. Insure all parts have no damage from shipping, and if needed reject defective parts.

Inspection of hose assemblies, kits, fittings/adapters.

Conduct internal audits, check first piece parts to blueprints, write up internal quality reports, and conduct random part checks.

Final Inspection on piston rings, including checking dimensions on parts to their blueprint. Also documented all data, made purchase orders for any outside processes, and checked all material and outside process certifications to their specifications.

Inspect circuit boards as they come off the SMT lines on the AOI machine for any errors in placement or wrong parts.

First piece inspections for machine operators checking to their blueprint and specifications.

Inspected all incoming parts to their correlating blueprints and specifications.

Seasonal position. Operated the Selective Solder machine, and inspected and cleaned up the circuit boards on departure from the machine.

Inspection of circuit boards, in charge of shipping and receiving, and soldered thru-hole parts onto the circuit boards. Also have some office experience as a purchasing agent.
