• Applied Agile Delivery methods to simplify testing process decisions through iterative development. Trained and guided onsite and offshore team members in quality assurance standards, policies and procedures.
• Followed quality standards and procedures to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction.

Project : In order to align with legal guidelines and provide additional benefits to the client, Backend Bank system was migrated to new system. As part of this migration, new API’s were built and tested.

• Identified appropriate situations for implementing test automation, accounting for situations where automated testing was counterproductive.
• Authored and maintained well-organized, efficient and successful manual & automation test cases for entire team.
• Reduced overall testing hours 50% by writing and optimizing automation test scripts in webdriver selenium framework for both UI and Web services.

Project : Handled multiple projects under Schwab Advisor Center

• Multiple Master Alerts (MMA): As part of this project Advisor were provided additional alerts when there is certain activities on Client account. This was challenging project for QA, as there was millions of possible scenarios.
• I had come up total 150 combinations by doing permutation combinations to test the service. And we had done 100% web service automation & 70% of UI automation. This was an huge success for QA team
• Required Minimum Distribution (RMD): This was new web page added to provide an ease for Advisor to alert his clients when they are eligible for RMD.
• This was an challenging project for QA as we were supposed to test the new application with 100K+ accounts. I had automated the backend of account creating service and created accounts with very minimal time. And this was huge success for QA, efforts of test data creation reduced from 2 months to one sprint(10days).
• Paperless: This was Advisor service provided to alert the client to enroll for the paperless services. There was new products introduced and also backend services changes were brought it.
• I was well knowledgeable about the product hence all the new products added was thoroughly test with 100% automation. Production was release to market before the timeline.

Projects : Worked on multiple projects that enhanced Schwab Retail Web Technologies

• SMR : This project was complete redesign of trading application UI. I joined this project as functional QA and received multiple appreciation as Quick learner, Best QA, Best Web Accessibility QA.
• Voice Biometrics: This was different and challenging project. Where we would need to verify the different biometric patterns for client and enabled access to th the site.
• Collaborated with developers and product owners to stay current on product features and intended functionality.
• Paperless Infrastructure Redesign : This was an complete redesign of RWT application and backend. We had created automated test scripts, using Ruby cucumber in BDD framework.
• Proposed development and testing improvements to positively impact usability, function and performance.
