At Colorvision Pictures we pride ourselves on taking beautiful pictures for family and friends during their visit at Universal Studios. My position at Colorvision requires me to take on a lead position at our Shutterbuttons and Gringotts location at Diagon Alley in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. In our Shutterbuttons studio, I handle taking snapshots, editing photos, and directing scenes for a family video. As well as managing team members shifts and evaluating the teams progress and sales throughout the day. I also manage the scheduled rotations at our Gringotts location while contributing my part in taking and selling photos. However, when im not supervising my teams I can be found in the office handling ops reports for both stores and doing paperwork to keep information up to date on all store operations.

At Joe & the Juice, there were a lot of tasks that had to be completed throughout the day in order to maintain a clean store and happy customers. For me, an average day consisted of coming into work at 6:00am to make sure all equipment was on and working, then I would begin prepping all the products that will be used throughout the day so that the workflow runs smoothly. During my shifts, I supervised the floor and dealt with any issues customers may have, along with that I also supervised deliveries and restock all the products. Lastly, I assisted in training new employees using Joe & the Juice's specialized training programs to ensure we maintained our speed and quality in the products we make.
