At Colorvision Pictures we pride ourselves on taking beautiful pictures for family and friends during their visit at Universal Studios. My position at Colorvision requires me to take on a lead position at our Shutterbuttons and Gringotts location at Diagon Alley in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. In our Shutterbuttons studio, I handle taking snapshots, editing photos, and directing scenes for a family video. As well as managing team members shifts and evaluating the teams progress and sales throughout the day. I also manage the scheduled rotations at our Gringotts location while contributing my part in taking and selling photos. However, when im not supervising my teams I can be found in the office handling ops reports for both stores and doing paperwork to keep information up to date on all store operations.
At Joe & the Juice, there were a lot of tasks that had to be completed throughout the day in order to maintain a clean store and happy customers. For me, an average day consisted of coming into work at 6:00am to make sure all equipment was on and working, then I would begin prepping all the products that will be used throughout the day so that the workflow runs smoothly. During my shifts, I supervised the floor and dealt with any issues customers may have, along with that I also supervised deliveries and restock all the products. Lastly, I assisted in training new employees using Joe & the Juice's specialized training programs to ensure we maintained our speed and quality in the products we make. Working at Joe & the Juice allowed me to improve my leadership and communication skills to better utilize in future ventures.
At PyschoBunny, my daily tasks would consist of pulling certain items off of the stock floor and bringing the merchandise to the sales associates; along with constantly reorganizing the stock rooms. Additionally, during our transitional periods, being on the stock team included reorganizing the entire stock room, along with doing inventory and shipments during these transitions. We followed proper stock rotation procedures and remove out of date items from sales floor, we also set up advertising signs on shelves and counters to attract customers and promote sales.
At Kura, our main duty is to greet customers with a smile and introduce them to how our revolving bar system works. Throughout their experience, we attend to anything they may need and continuously prebus their table in order to optimize cleanliness. My other tasks consisted of fulfilling drink orders and maintaining the bar, along with keeping the entire front of the house presentable.
At Smashburger, I helped customers understand our menu and have a good experience at our restaurant. Along with taking orders and handling cash registers, I also managed both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities; such as cleaning, organizing, and preparing orders for customers.
My daily duties were to assist customers with their needs by helping them figure out what styles or sizes they may need while visiting our store. I also helped maintain and manage the store by reorganizing the stock during our transitional periods.
L.C Decor is a locally owned boutique that caters to traditional African attire and the latest beauty trends. L.C's also deals with money transfers so that families can deliver money/food to their families in different countries. My main task in the store was handling and delivering money orders. However, due to L.C Decor being a small business, I aided in managing all in store activities such as, handling customer service, money orders, cash register, stock, organizing, and all-around maintaining the store.
While working with Hull & Co my main duties were to copy and filed tax documents for data entry purposes. I also assisted in preparing an organizing the office work space.
