- Responsible for managing, mucking, cleaning, feeding, watering and maintaining three barns.
- Responsible for memorizing and keeping up with 38 individual feeding patterns, supplements and schedules.
- Required to be attentive to each and every detail, looking for irregularities, injuries, damaged equipment, etc.
- Heavily focused on time management, having only a few hours in a day to get countless tasks done regardless of any cold, heat or inclement weather.
- Facilitated smooth communication between staff members regarding individual horse needs and scheduling adjustments as needed.
- Fostered positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional care for their horses and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
