Duties and responsibilities of this job are as follows: gathering accurate case history and full medical background, physically inspected patients ear canal to answer FDA questions, preform audiometric measures to determine level of hearing loss, recommending devices, fitting devices, and providing great follow up care. I was in charge of cleaning and keeping files and records locked up while providing with quality devices. I dealt primarily with private label Lucid Hearing Aids.
