- Analyzed various forms of COVID related communications from staff (e.g., voicemail, email), and effectively responded to team members
- Supported the COVID team with informing staff regarding test results and arranged necessary placement on COVID leave (as appropriate)
- Closed COVID tracker and analyzed / complied metrics for the morning report for senior leadership to facilitate decision making
- Processed and filed vaccine cards within necessary tools
- Obtained, completed, and processed COVID results report
- On occasion, not only supported, but led the COVID specimen collection process during testing days at DOC head-quarters
- Supported Personal Information Update (PIUs) and Origami projects (e.g., inputting non- seeking workers compensation claims)
