My current duties with this job also varies as far as the condition of the client, but currently im mainly responsible for light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation with the client im assigned to. My job is to help and assist the client where they can not, reminding the client to take their medicines, stand by assist if they are fall risk, and having PCA duties (bathing,feeding,etc when working with a bed bound client.

My job as a caregiver/companion varied widely based on the client's/patients needs, but generally included assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and providing emotional support. Ive worked with a wide range of patients from mom to be, alzheimers/dementia, special needs although most patients were pscyh patients and or suicide/homicidal watch patients.
