I am a proud Samoan American athlete.  From the first collision, I knew I had found my sporting home.  Rugby has given me a place to feel welcome and use my size and strength to create consistent go forward ball in both set-piece and open play. I have always sought to be a coachable athlete who adapts well to challenging circumstances and helps create positive learning environments for me and my teammates. When I was younger, my mother was diagnosed with lupus, which meant I had to take on adult responsibilities earlier than most.  Although a burden at the time, it created a sense of responsibility and maturity that continues to bolster my capacity to excel in any environment.
