Organized hampers depending on dates and would walk out date to open hamper to the floor for unboxers to begin to work on.

Footage investigator

  • Review footage for all departments across collectors.
  • Write investigation reports for each orders findings.
  • Attach report onto DH and Salesforce
  • Email footage request (manager would create a sale force order number). These kind of reports would still be placed on salesforce as well on DH and send through the email chain for the ones that didn’t have access to salesforce
