• Implemented marketing measures on specific product pages on our EC site, resulting in 168% increase in page views and 210% increase in unique users (compared to the previous year).
• Improved gross profit margin of targeted products by 12.7% through profit-improvement measures (compared to the previous year).
• Launched our own processing services at two overseas locations, achieving annual sales of 20 million yen in Vietnam and 3 million in the US.
• Achieved an annual transaction amount of 200 million yen with the responsible supplier and obtained a price reduction, achieving a 126% increase in sales of their products (compared to the previous year).
