I started at Engineered Products as a production forklift driver, moving steel products from each line to keep warehouse flowing in and out, In a years time i had advanced to the outlook and respect of a senior forklift operator. Continuously, showing leadership skills in office and to on floor employees, but have yet to received proper pay for the workload of daily operations. I load & unload every truck throughout the plant, keep up with all material inventory, help on lines as needed, trained every forklift operator we have, create BOLs and tags for in and outbound materials. Became familiar with SAP systemics, manage all scrap dispositioning and keep a positive attitude all with no pay raise going on 3 years. Im grateful for the experience but ready to take my learnings to the next level.
