Driven by a results-focused approach, I excelled at Proctor & Gamble by getting my tech level 1.1 early and being able to get out of my probationary period earlier then scheduled. Also, leveraging skills in problem-solving and team leadership, I ensured safety compliance and optimized operations, significantly enhancing performance. I started at Sam's when i was 16, i grew friendships with locals, regulars and team members. Sam's was a good start to my career, it showed me the ropes and the ups and downs of customer service. When i was less then a year in i was promoted to Shift Lead and was given the option to become senior shift lead multiple occasions before i left.
