During My time as a Team Leader in Walmart I had taken care of 2 separate departments over the course of my employment. Those being the Apparel Department and the Sporting Goods/ Seasonal areas. During those times i have had to lead multiple teams of around 10 people or more. Some of my basic tasks throughout the day were ranging from Cash handling and securing cash while money handling for safe deposit and withdrawal, customer service ranging from in person to over the phone calls i would on average assist over 30 customers a shift between the two. I would also be tasked with organization and event planning for any seasonal shifts that we had upcoming i would come up with strategies to tackle them without failure.
Aside from those i am very well versed in licensing and technology as i would have to assist people in anyway that i could mostly technological and walking them through how to get what the customer wanted.
