my duties included answering phone calls, helping walk in customers, looking up part numbers from schematic breakdowns of home appliances by model numbers, creating part sale invoices, service requests for in home repairs, posting accounts receivable payments to customer accounts. all inputting was done in the quickbooks accounting system. i was very accurate and precise with navigating and imputing in the quickbooks system. i also got the opportunity to learn about repairing appliances that were brought into the shop for repair with the assistance of the master technician.
