- Adds and deletes vehicles, drivers, locations, buildings, and coverage from existing policies.
- Processes cancellations, renewals, reinstatements, endorsements, and payments on Progressive systems.
- Researches and solves problems presented by agents, policyholders, lienholders, and additional insureds regarding coverages, rates, and billing.
- Advocates for and educates on Progressive's products and services.
- Uses software applications to track, gather information, and answer inquiries.
- Partner with a coach or supervisor to continually develop skills and improve results.
- Stays current on products, services, and procedures.
- Remains flexible in order to better meet the needs of the customer.
- Provides technical support and skill development to peers, and mentors peers.
