A PSE (Postal Support Employee) Mail Processing Clerk sorts and distributes mail using automated equipment and/or manual methods, providing customer service and handling mail processing tasks. They may also be involved in providing public window service for non-financial transactions.

A Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and timely fulfilled, often in a warehouse environment. Their duties include picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as managing inventory and processing returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing:Receiving, processing, and accurately filling customer orders.
• Picking and Packing:Retrieving products from storage, packing them securely, and labeling them for shipment.
• Inventory Management:Ensuring accurate inventory levels, receiving and storing new merchandise, and participating in inventory counts.
• Shipping and Logistics:Preparing shipments, loading them into trucks, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
• Customer Support:Addressing customer inquiries, processing returns and exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
