To whom it may concern:

I would like to inform that I have a Low Vision disability. I require reading material to be within 4 inches of my eyes or the material I am reading to be a minimum font size of 36. I have attended lots of training that has helped me learn new skills to navigate the world with low vision that have resulted in me being detail oriented, organized, and intentional by necessity and habit.I do also have access to support from the Division of Blind services who can supply ongoing collaboration for any barriers to performing my job, should they arise. I'm always open to questions or concerns.
