Water Damage Restoration, Prepare Units for future Renters. Handy man work such as: Hanging blinds, doors, and trim work. Other tasks as Installing unit vanities, fixing Shower/Tub units, drywall and tile install, and leak repair. Troubleshooting electrical issues with multimeter, changing outlet or breaker, and run new wiring if needed. Hang light fixtures, Install counter tops, and repair appliances, such as washers, dryers, stoves and refrigerators. HVAC repairs and installation, replacing compressors, charging air conditioning units, and clean coils. Troubleshoot furnaces and make sure they are up to par for residents. Ventilation work such as air ducts and co-duct work for furnace and water heaters, and change boiler pump motors.
