Summary

I have always been intrigued with the collision industry and have a passion for its future. I started working with my father restoring cars and then working in various body shops and car dealerships until the start of my career with Liberty Mutual in 2005. I am a hard-working individual that believes in doing the right thing in all situations even when it gets tough in negotiations. I believe in a progressive improvement philosophy and work to better processes to ensure efficient workflow.

Sr. Repair Network Specialist

  • Started as a Staff Appraiser
  • Moved into TLCA role as well as handled some field appraisals in my local area (Managed TN, SC, NC, GA, MS, AL)
  • Piloted several programs including:
  • Subrogation assistance and assisted in writing SOP for this process (around 2007) - Under Dean McNish
  • Writing total losses from Copart photos and completed SOP for this process which is now the TLE program( 2007-08) - Under Frank Bradbury and Dean McNish
  • Assisted in getting Performance Gateway Management system pilot
  • Assisted RAM leaders in ideas to complete Navigator program - Under Dean McNish and Ed Gorrill
  • Completed Copart audits
  • Assisted IHADA group during heavy load times
  • Moved to in-house operations and worked various roles with SOC channel as well as general GRN role for OH, KY, NC, GA, FL, AL, MS, PA, NJ, CT before moving into the current role as GRN-MSO IRNS.
  • Currently a member of the Employee Engagement team for the IRNS team.
  • Work daily as a team with my peers to problem-solve difficult or unclear situations for resolution

Hobbies

I enjoy being a father to a teenage daughter. She keeps me laughing and busy with sports. I also like restoring cars, DIY home projects, and going to the lake.
