- Act as subject matter expert in intelligent gate operations, Synapse AGS Clerk Console, Visibility, Class 1 Railroad terminal operating systems (TSS, Oasis, ITOS, OBI, etc.), Occularis, Global Monitoring System (GMS) and any new application as needed
