Served on the negotiating team for 2 collective bargaining contracts and am currently prepping for a 3rd. Attended multiple Union training programs including: ONA Labor Institute in 2018 and 2022, served as a delegate at ONA Conventions in 2019, 2021, and 2023, served as a national delegate with AFT in 2020, attended AFT Collective Bargaining Training in Orlando, FL, delegate with the Cincinnati AFL-CIO delegate from 2019 to present, and attended AFT/Cornell University Negotiating Training in 2023. Awarded with the Outstanding Grievance Representative Award in October of 2023. Persuasive and diplomatic leader with excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
