Staffing - Designed plan, hired 15 people, managed team - Custom Art Conveyor - Developed cutting edge technology and processes by automating photo conversation (ie pet, car, children) to paint-by-number and printed on canvas, along with custom packaging. Original process took 90-120 minutes and after hiring Mr. Hipskind, this entire process took 3 minutes.
- Licensing - Gifted was running paint parties for children. After hiring Mr. Hipskind, Gifted developed and implemented licensing agreements for approximately 300 channel partners across America.

Herff Jones adopted Mr. Hipskind's idea portal and internal Shark Tank program to establish and fund new ideas and products while also promoting Herff Jones newly forming culture.
