This was a seasonal job where I checked people in using their ID, helped customers choose the best fireworks, and checked the customers out. We strived to help others get the best deals possible! I usually worked 5-6 days a week!

I welcomed customers and helped determine their needs. I worked flexible schedule and extra shifts to meet business needs. I operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels. Most importantly, I built relationships with customers to encourage repeated business.

During my time working this job, I maintained composure and work quality while under stress. I followed food safety practices and sanitation guidelines. I labeled and stored all food items correctly and checked expiration dates routinely. I managed time to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously which was very important for this job.

While serving at skyline I enhanced customer satisfaction by promptly attending to customer’s needs and providing personalized services. I always maintained a clean and orderly dining area for an enjoyable experience. I learned to address customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
