  • Lead MOA Civil Rights review visits aligned with accreditation processes, including institutional orientation, desk review analysis, on-site evaluations, compliance reporting, development of Voluntary Compliance Plans (VCPs), monitoring corrective actions, and providing technical assistance.
  • Completed Title IX Coordinator Training (August 2023).
  • Developed new student and employee survey instruments and enhanced review protocols, interview questions, and documentation processes to improve efficiency and alignment with compliance requirements.

Statewide Reverse Credit Transfer Initiative

Accreditation Support

  • Developed and implemented Johnston Campus marketing plan for recruitment and retention of students in collaboration with the dean. Activities included development of new adult learner magazine; increased presence at education fairs, and more personalized recruiting contacts.
  • Assisted with recruiting and advising of adult learners and transfer students for the main campus that resulted in an advising load of over 130 students. Advising responsibilities include meeting with advisees to create a plan of study, completing graduation petitions with program evaluation reviews and assistance with submission of curriculum exceptions.
