I have know Robert Dorsi since I graduated pharmacy school in 1988 when we worked together for Liss Pharmacy.  He is the owner of Dorsi's Pharmacy in Stirling NJ and I cover his store whenever he needs me to and I am available.

Responsible for the accurate dispensing and compounding of prescription drugs in accordance with legal and professional standards of practice as well as monitoring patient profiles to detect drug interactions and take appropriate action if needed. Duties also include immunizations, effective communication with physicians and nurses regarding appropriate medication therapy and drug information, patient counseling in compliance with OBRA and HIPPA. Also responsible for third party billing, trouble shooting, reimbursement issues and resolution of prior authorization issues.

Worked as a part-time staff pharmacist.  Worked part time so that I could be home more with my daughters while they were growing up.

Full time staff pharmacist.  Worked in many different stores during my career with Pathmark.  Was placed in stores which were in need of increased personalized customer service.  The ease with which I can connect with people is the main reason I was moved around.  I brought a "small time pharmacy" feel to the pharmacies in large supermarkets.
