Kelly McMurray

As the manager of a team of eight including myself, I lead this team with verbal direction and physical example. Making sure each member had full comprehension of given tasks. Effective communication was taught and established with each member; verbal and non verbal. Our goal is to function individually, while supporting and building our team. Support one another with encouragement and understanding. Providing and maintaining an environment that was clean and discrimination free.

Safe in multiple aspects; Drug and alcohol free. Encouraged along with supported to be open with assertiveness.

Failure is not when we did not reach a goal; failure is when we as individuals stop trying. Success is not when one goal is accomplished; it is when we realize we can say we fail at "said" task, yet we are still willing to try. That is our success at McMurray and Associates.
