Under direct supervision, provide nursing care to almost 20 patients daily undergoing MOHS Surgery and other dermatologic procedures. Maintained high standards of resident care in assisted living units with resident ratio 1:36 or 1:62 with live in memory care unit as well. Increased coordination and balance of nursing process for residents that need direct and indirect care under guidance of individual care plans. Supervisory role to assigned HHA and CNA staff. Nursing duties fulfilled, such as - medication administration, vital signs, bedside care, wound care, specimen collection and ensuring resident comfort.

Assist and support primary care providers with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Residency education with careful attention to patient flow and being readily available when needed. Observe as well as documented patient status, vital signs, nutrition and fluid intake. Obtain specimen samples as well as perform urinalysis and glucose monitoring. Ensure areas were ready for diagnostic procedures with specialty equipment and apparatus. Provide supplies, support and assistance to RN on duty with procedures. Report abnormalities and/or changes in patients' health status to nursing staff. Assist with and families with emotional support. Ability to float to various areas of hospital such as antepartum, postpartum, ICU and Emergency departments.

History interviews with patients, successfully screened for any contraindications for exam and/or any allergies to contrast agents. Escorted patients to and from exam rooms, dressed/prepped for the exam. Prepared exam table for MRI, gathered supplies needed, and assisted patient with test specific positioning. Obtained prior reports, film, histories, physicals, prescriptions, labs, and other clinical data, necessary paperwork/film prior to case being presented for radiologist review. Assisted with IV placement, administration of contrast agents, RN administration of sedation and/or other medications, as needed. Supported medical teams with ablation and anesthesia cases; patient vital monitoring. Clerical/ancillary support for technologist and radiologist as needed.

Provided bedside patient care by assisting residents with their activities of daily living. Ensured nurses needs were met, such as specimen collection for various testing. Performed basic operation and maintenance of medical equipment. Answered patient emergencies. Turned and positioned patients as required to assure skin protection. Provided weekly detailed schedules in several departmental divisions for approximately 115 tradesmen and coordinated weekly scheduling meetings amongst management, trade groups and various engineering personnel.
