Working remotely, outbound calls. I would call respondents asking for their opinion, while being impartial. We had different goals with each program, which i enjoyed . Also, keeping an eye on discord, trying to help people and paying attention to any news from my supervisor.

I worked outbound and remotely. I called respondents trying to get surveys, some were any household, to trying to find the contact on file. Keeping them engaged with positive energy, some surveys were around twenty minutes, which i enjoyed the challenge.
