• Coordinated move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for both tenants and managers.
• Lease signing, gate codes, specials, discounts and insurance are all gone over. As well as explaining Rules guidelines and Payment terms options all explained with new customers in person.

Private Club required us to check membership cards for everyone that came in.

• Bingo, Live Music, Steak Night, Post meetings,special events and daily lunch specials. This was a very busy place. Great place for locals and winter visitors to come
• Managed cash handling duties responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting at the end of each shift .We also handled money for the Lottery machine, Pull Tab Games, back up bank, kitchen bank and a couple other bags of money.
• Cleaned, stocked, changed kegs, cut fruit, filled ice wells, moved cases of beer from walk in and stocked in coolers behind the bar.
• Efficiently opened or closed the bar efficiently. Turned on or off all lights, unlocked or lock all doors, coolers and gates.
• Kept members happy and sober and upbeat fun environment was big part of being successful. This was a great place to work/volunteer.

• Managed large sums of cash, credit cards, closed and balanced at end of each shift. High volume business most on tabs.
• Efficiently opened or closed bar according to established procedures, ensuring preparedness for each shift.
