Oversee management Vicinia Gardens of Fenton (over site of 68 residents on licensed campus and up to 190 on independent campus) and Otsego (56 bed facility). Assist with the implementation and updating of company policies, employee recruitment training and retention of over 100 employees. Oversaw business budget, development of marketing strategies.

• Started at Pinnacle as Visiting nurse, promoted to clinical director within 6 months. Advanced to branch Administrator 6 months later.
• Responsible for oversight of all CNA's, RN's, Physical and occupational therapists and social work (50 employees)
• Responsible for maintaining and reporting branch budget.

• Hired as a student nurse, hired permanently upon graduation in Cardiac Step down unit.
• 1995 transferred to Intensive Care Unit
• 1997 transferred to surgical pre-op/post-op and Revcovery Room
• 2008-2011 worked McLaren Visiting Nurse
