Kelly Wilson

· Manage multi-million dollar domestic and international (including emerging markets) portfolio restructures (ranging from $25M - $5B) for institutional clients.

· Minimize risk during transitions and reduce overall portfolio rebalancing costs through algorithmic trading platform.

· Limit risk during transitions by maintaining market exposure (using cash equitization, interim asset allocation overlay and interim exposure management).

· Develop optimal trading strategies with pre-transition analysis of equities, fixed income, FX, and index futures

· Collaborate in project management with asset owners, asset managers, consultants, custodians, middle/back office, and traders during transition.

· Perform ongoing analyses during transition periods reflecting actual trading activity and reconciliation to bid estimates

Customer Service/Cashier Operations

· Conducted retail trading desk trade processing and settlement

· Accurate and timely completion of fund related calculations and reporting.
