I am certified and have been a qualified flight attendant for more than 35 years. I am responsible for the lives of my passengers., I have had a very intense medical training and this includes a heart defibrillator and passenger code red., You must be competent to evacuate an airplane due to an emergency situation in 90 seconds. I have been qualified to hold this license for 35 and more years., I know CPR and MMR. I can use all types of fire fighting extinguishers and oxygen as well as using a medical kit along side a doctor qualified to use it.
