I work directly for (2) Managing Partners of Stronghold Resource Partners LLC as Controller of their individual family offices. We have a core group of (4) that includes (2) Controllers, (1) Property Manager, (1) Executive Assistant along with a team of household employees, pilots, aircraft mechanics and landscapers that I oversee and direct on a daily basis.

Stronghold Resource Partners is a PE Oil & Gas firm that has experienced tremendous growth over last 5 years with more than $1B+ AUM.

My primary responsibilities are all cash accounts (60+), cash flows, net worth tracking, full cycle accounting, financial reporting for (2) aircraft, payroll and benefits for pilots and household staff. Obtaining insurance coverages on all residential and commerical properties, aircraft, vehicles, watercraft, personal liability and life. Also, coordination and communication with outside professionals for tax prep, legal, etc.

• Family office, private equity, full cycle accounting, financial statement preparation, planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, liquidity, heavy cash flow, treasury management, partnerships, trusts, intercompany reconciliations, brokerage accounts, K-1s, commercial property management, liaison with outside attorneys and tax preparers, 1099s, payroll, benefits, Insurance, 401K processing, aviation accounting and management of personal aircraft.
• Management of household employees, and personal interaction with and direct support of family members – immediate and extended.
• Ultra high net worth family position responsible for the accounting of 18+ entities along with the financial needs of the principal and his personal investments.
• Handles all cash transfers, capital contributions, financial statement consolidation and preparation, review of all all expenses and general ledger maintenance for all the entities on Quickbooks.
• Manages and collects rent for numerous commercial properties (100+ tenants).
• Provides financial and tax information to outside CPA firm to aid in tax preparation.
• Liaison with attorneys and other outside professionals as needed.
• Aviation accounting and reporting

• Acting in the roll of CFO for an "ultra high" net worth family.
• Handled everything from concierge services, accounting, reporting, finance, to all treasury activities.
• Aided in the family’s philanthropic and humanitarian efforts.
• Daily activities are diverse, multi-faceted and require a high level of sensitivity, responsibility and discretion.

• Family Office of Thomas O. Hicks and Tommy Hicks Jr. (Co Chairman of Republican National Committee).
• Solely responsible for preparation of financial statements for principal operating entities along with personal cash accounts, books and financials for Thomas O. Hicks and other family members.
• Direct support to VP of Finance and other key members of family office by providing ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
• Scheduled capital contributions and distributions for investment accounts along with reconciliation of partner statements, K-1s and updating investment valuations.
• Liaison with outside professionals for tax preparation and legal concerns.
• Processed recurring payroll and managed 401k plan, insurance and benefits.
