Kelsey Cordray

Works as the lead preschool teacher with children whose ages range from 3-5 years old.

Engages with families of the children to help guide them and provide any additional resources they might need.

Manages staff to ensure we are all working towards the same goals including keeping the children safe, maintaining a schedule, planning developmentally appropriate activities, building positive relationships, and ensuring a sanitary work space.

Participates in monthly trainings including CPR and First Aid, Health and Safety, Safe Sleep, Civil Rights, FERPA/Title IX/Discrimination, Trauma Smart, Positive Behavior Support (PBS), Teaching Strategies and Assessments.
