Worship and Production Coordinator

- Plan, coordinate and execute weekly worship services on Sunday nights for over 500 college students. Direct weekly meetings with the Director of College Ministry, Associate Director of College Ministry, Social Media Coordinator and College Administrator to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Train and schedule all volunteers and oversee all media, sound engineering and stage design each week. I coordinate with our Social Media Coordinator to ensure all media elements are correctly streamlined to our audience.
- Lead team creative meetings to determine flow of events and all media elements, timing, and structure.
- Collaborate with entire ministry team to determine worship elements, service structure and ensure overall excellency of each event.
