Summary

I have performed as a trainer in some capacity in assembly from nearly the beginning of my career with NAL starting in 2014. I was certified as a shop floor trainer. I trained new employees and transfer employees on many of the lines I have worked on including U540, TG7A, U725, TYAA as well as others. I was recommended to become a CTO for my previous supervisor, Susan King. Most recently, I became a production trainer. I continue to work diligently to improve my skills as a trainer and grow as an employee of NAL. I know that the work I perform contributes to the success of each employee and ultimately to the success of the company as a whole. I hope to find new opportunities to grow my skills and be able to contribute to better training processes.
