24 bed Thoracic Surgery Stepdown Unit at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Level 1 Trauma, Magnet, Teaching Facility. Took care of thoracic surgery patients ranging from lung transplants to esophagectomies and hernia repairs. In depth experience with chest tubes, tracheostomies, bipap, high flow nasal cannual. Helped precept nursing students during their clinical rotation here

32 bed Emergency Department at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. Took care of patients in the Emergency Room with admission orders while waiting for a bed to become available inpatient. This included any patient that was medical, surgical, or stepdown level of care

36 bed PCU unit at Mayo Clinic Hospital. Magnet, Teaching Facility. Took care of patients that required medical or surgical PCU level of care. Patients ranged from kidney/pancreas transplants, those requiring insulin or vasoactive drips, to routine medical/surgical procedures

23 bed Cardiac Stepdown Unit at Texas Health HEB Hospital. Level 3 Trauma facility. Took care of a wide variety of cardiac patients. Those post heart cath, post CABG, those needing anti-arrhythmic drips, heart failure exacerbations, those requiring temporary/permanent pacemakers. Helped precept nursing students during their clinical rotation here

23 bed Pulmonary Medical Progressive Care Unit at Mission Hospital - Memorial Campus. Level 2, Magnet, Teaching Facility. This unit was all covid patients with oxygen requirements from nasal cannula, high flow nasal cannula, bipap, and ventilator via tracheostomy.

12 bed Medical ICU Stepdown Unit. Level 1 Trauma, Magnet, Teaching Facility. Took care of critically ill and complex medical patients. These patients were often hemodynamically unstable requiring vasoactive and/or anti-arrhythmic drips. Patients on this unit also often needed significant respiratory support including bipap and ventilators via endotracheal or tracheostomy tubes.

16 bed Cardiac Stepdown Unit. Took care of a wide variety of cardiac patients. Those post heart cath, post CABG, those needing anti-arrhythmic drips, heart failure exacerbations, those requiring temporary/permanent pacemakers. Also took care of medical overflow stepdown patients. Helped precept nursing students during their clinical rotation here
