I recieve environmetal samples from clients and the company couriers. I take the temperature and the PH of the samples. I start the paperwork on the samples and log them into the system. Once the samples are logged, we label the samples and get them ready for the lab to test. I send the paperwork to our data entry and file away the paperwork it the paper files.

• I collected paperwork from all departments from around the facility. Organize and index all paperwork into the system. I was in charge of release of information. I would send patient's requwsted records to other providers, law offices, insurance companies, and the social security administration. I worked one on one with other offices to make sure the patient's other providers have their records. I obtain records from other facilities for the providers, nursing, and lab. I would help patients and patient's family to get them copies of their records. I was working with systems: Iknow Med Generation 2, Micro MD, and RGH's main system.

• As the patients checked in, I would check and log patient's temperatures and ask Covid exposure Questions. At the end of the day, I would log the temperatures and the covid exposure answers into the chart.

• I worked collecting, properly labeling, and receiving the specimens into Meditech. I also pulled morning collection, making sure there was no duplicate testing, unnecessary testing, or discharged patients. Worked closely with nurses on patient's lab orders. I also worked in the outpatient lab in the main building and Raleigh Medical Center when needed.

• I worked with one to three children five days a week. Doing household chores and teaching the youngest to toilet train. I worked with Mr. Cline part-time while I completed my phlebotomy training.
