• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.

• Participates in duty assignments.
• Organizes/coordinates subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversees/monitors function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and institutes appropriate action discipline/training.
• Monitor’s infection control compliance.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide an excellent customer service.
• Ensure that paperwork is done correctly in order to receive all deliveries.
• Submit service tickets to resolve problems/issues affecting the daily function of the store.
• Complete daily/monthly paperwork, review daily videos, and plan-o-gram compliance.
• Make bank deposit drops and get change orders.
• Ensure that lottery tickets are accounted for each day.
• Generate weekly schedules.
• Interview potential employees.
• Train new hires.
