We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Springfield, MO. This position is a full-time opportunity and requires excellent customer service skills, proficiency in basic computer programs and multi-tasking. We are seeking people who enjoy making customers feel good about their decision to call Ryan Lawn & Tree. Applicants should have a proven track record for great customer service and thrive as a team player.

Position Requirements:

* 1-2 years minimum customer service experience
* Ability to resolve customer concerns
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Detail oriented
* Proficient with Microsoft Office

You will answer customer phone calls each day. Your job will be to "WOW" our customers with a friendly, confident and caring voice. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information in our customer database.

Ryan Lawn & Tree is a leader in the Green Industry. We provide lawn care, irrigation installation & service, pruning and tree/shrub care to our expanding customer base.
