Founded company after observation of the markets need for improved product performance and customer service. Being experienced with the industry and having a vast network of business relationships allowed sales efforts to capture a 40% regional market share within the first 2 years. In 12 months, the company moved from a 3,000 sq. ft. production area to a 28,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.
Our growth was greatly enhanced by engineering an automated process production line and track system assembly line. We further advanced our position by creating and designing dealer network marketing programs and ordering systems. To ensure product quality, a ‘Station Responsible’ QA process was implemented, greatly reducing field claims and scrap rate. Our double-digit high growth required strict detail towards P & L management, cash flow, budgeting and finance. The company acquired a Texas manufacturing company and moved its assets to the Rockford Facility. The ensuing year brought enhanced growth attracting the attention of industrial buyers. The company was sold to corporate investors in 2002.
