Project Oversight: As a HVAC Install Oversaw daily operations I supervise all aspects of HVAC installation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This includes involvement in planning, scheduling, and execution.

Team Management: am responsible for managing 12 teams of HVAC installers, which includes hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. This role involves setting work priorities and ensuring that all team members adhere to quality standards.

Quality Assurance: I am responsible for ensuring that all installations meet industry standards Manufacturer specs, national, state and local codes. I regularly evaluate installations for quality and compliance, addressing any issues that arise during the installation process

Customer Interaction: I often communicate directly with customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Delivering the Paschal promise is a key element in our growth.

Technical Expertise: I possess extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures. I continually remain updated with the latest technologies, codes and best practices in the HVAC industry.
