As a Marine Aviation Supply Specialist and Expeditor, responsibilities included:

• Advanced usage of NALCOMIS and ALIS CMMS/SCM supply systems.
• Proper ordering, tracking, and distribution of numerous high-priority maintenance requisitions in support of multiple Type/Model/Series aircraft.
• Expert liaison between maintenance departments and supply departments.
• Inputs on multiple tracked reports, including, but not limited to, the Lockheed Martin MICAP Open Requirements Report, Pratt & Whitney Open Requirements, and the 2d Marine Aircraft Wing AMSRR.
• Received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for the expert execution of the above billet requirements while forward deployed. Citation states the tracking, acquisition, and distribution of more $90 million in aeronautical materials across five different Type/Model/Series aircraft while deployed in the Baltic Sea aboard LHD-3 USS Kearsarge in support of a major NATO exercise.

• Tracked the exchange of aeronautical materials across six different Marine Aircraft Squadrons, supporting the Harrier AV-8B, F-35B, and C-130.
• Monitored squadron-level budgets and tracked spending, broken down per unit, down to each individual aircraft.
• Facilitated Marine Corps Open Purchase requests, which involved numerous outside companies and vendors, to acquire mission-critical assets and materials in support of multiple forward deployments.
