• Identifies, initiates, and closes out study sites.
• Manages study sites and the required protocols, amendments, and/or deviations.

• Assures that data is reported accurately, and timelines are maintained.
• Assists with the timely preparation and submission of regulatory documents for IRB/IEC submissions according to local requirements.

• Actively participates in regular meetings with Project Managers or delegates, and/or RS Lead.
• Assists in the development of site and patient enrollment strategies with the project team; works to motivate sites to meet enrollment timelines.
• Serves as the primary contact for sites and investigators participating in studies.

• Facilitates project team and client meetings, including scheduling, meeting materials, agendas, and meeting minutes.

• Organizes study information and supplies. Generates and maintains newsletters, mass mailings, and project-specific information.

• Manages internal and client project reporting. Generates and reviews reports for accuracy to facilitate project status and financial reporting.

• Supports the preparation of study files by maintaining and distributing project documents. Ensures that documents within the electronic trial master file comply with filing and naming guidelines, and have the correct status. Assists with ongoing QCs.

• Assists with vendor management including but not limited to creating sites, managing reports and
managing user accesses within EDC/ Rave, Firecrest, Labcorp (Covance - Xcellerate/Lablink+),
Signant TrialMax/TrialManager, Endpont DRIVE, Endpoint PULSE

• Serviced over 60 accounts daily.

• Processed transactions and enrollments while also building rapport with clients.

• Helped customers feel more confident about their retirement and assisted with future financial success.

• Collaborated and partnered with team members to identify, resolve, and address various situations while supporting quality improvement.
