Composed SARA Tier II reporting for customers based on sales reports. This includes developing templates to convey hazardous substances in each product if applicable.
Prepared TRI reports by reviewing TRI-Listed Chemical for the reporting year to see if any new chemicals have been added, gather all quantities for TRI listed products for the year, make calculations and determine which products need to be reported, report pertinent products on cdx.epa.gov
Registered our company for the DOT Hazmat Certificate Registration with the U.S. Department of Transportation to ship hazardous products.
Implemented our safety program and preformed necessary OSHA and DOT training for in plant employees. Maintained monthly safety logs.
Completed hazard analysis and accident reporting documentation. Submitted end of the year OSHA logs.
Created and updated Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals through the Wercs software system. Maintained labels and product documentation for all chemical products.
